How to return

1. Email babystarsbrand@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back.
4. Once we receive it, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, complete and in resalable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it and can also send a replacement.

Damaged on arrival

Open the package on the day it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, send us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
